In March of 2012, Pacific Edge Properties donated 19 acres to the City of Nanaimo, to help further the existing Lynley Valley Cottle Lake Park. This beautiful wilderness park is located between Departure and Hammond Bay and consists of a network of trails through various landscapes from forested trails to valleys, fields, and rocky knolls. The City of Nanaimo manages some portion of the park through groomed trails and maintained boardwalks.
